I work hard to make a difference in the lives of young students so that they, like myself, may have the opportunity to succeed and study in higher education. Throughout high school, I routinely found success in honors classes (English, Spanish, Biology, Chemistry) and strove to assist any struggling peers. These efforts culminated in my graduating as Student Body President and receiving the Student Service scholarship, as well as 11 college acceptances. SAT scores: 620 Writing, 630 Reading, 650 Mathematics (1900 total score, 85th percentile nationally) I currently take courses covering advanced topics such as medical terminology, mental health and epidemiology as well as more general topics such as academic writing and public speaking.
